The basics
Faulkner Labs apps are provided as-is for your personal use. By downloading or using them you agree to use them lawfully and not to redistribute, reverse-engineer or resell them.
Purchases
Paid apps and in-app purchases are handled by Apple. Refunds follow Apple’s standard policy — contact Apple Support for billing questions, or me for anything app-specific.
Liability
Tools like DroneStart are aids, not a substitute for your own judgement or legal responsibilities. Always follow local regulations; Faulkner Labs is not liable for decisions made using the apps.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the apps evolve. Material changes will be noted here with a new date.
